Description:
- Power Link Freight is seeking a reliable and professional owner operator
- MUST HAVE A D LICENSE OR HIGHER
- IDEAL IF YOUR WEIGHT CAPACITY IS 21K LBS OR HIGHER
- IDEAL IF YOUR TRUCK HAS A TAILGATE
- Work safely in your own vehicle in the GTA & southern Ontario.
- LTL deliveries and pick-ups in a timely manner.
- Applicant should have strong communication skills, an excellent driving record and a valid Ontario drivers license.
- Must have WSIB.
Responsibilities:
- Use of Samsara technology.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Communicate with dispatch to receive instructions and updates on routes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and transportation.
- Ability to use and understand a mobile phone to view routing.
- Use of tailgate and pump truck as some customers do not have a dock.
Other:
- Shift start ranges from 6-9 am and finish around 2-5 pm.
- 8% fuel surcharge added to bi-weekly pay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52.00-$54.00 per hour
