Job Summary

Duties
- Assist dental or medical professionals with patient care procedures, ensuring smooth clinical operations
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage supplies to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for creating or modifying dental or medical models as needed
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and laboratory data using relevant software systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and answering questions with professionalism and empathy
- Support laboratory tasks such as impression taking, model pouring, and device fabrication when required
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology to accurately document and interpret clinical notes and instructions
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and laboratory procedures related to dental or medical fields
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic laboratory techniques
- Previous experience in dental assisting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and vendors
