The Role
The Pre-Roll Technician will specialize in operating advanced pre-roll manufacturing machines — automated systems used to produce next-generation pre-rolls.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a growing and innovative cannabis production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate automated pre-roll manufacturing machines to produce consistent, high-performing products.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and other production tasks as needed.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and sterility to GMP standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with the Cannabis Act and Health Canada regulations.
- Communicate production updates and issues clearly and promptly.
- Handle all equipment and tools with care and professionalism.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Experience operating automated production machinery (cannabis or related industry preferred).
- Familiarity with Health Canada regulations and cannabis production standards is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in output.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and reliability.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, compliant, and safe workspace.

- Afternoon shifts (8 hour shifts, 3 pm - 11 pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
