Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering expert recommendations on food and beverages, including liquor options
- Accurately take and deliver food, drink, and alcoholic beverage orders, maintaining a high standard of speed and hospitality
- Operate the POS system for orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with liquor sale regulations
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following Manitoba laws and Smart Choices training requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and liquor vendor areas
- Support team members and assist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns gracefully with management support, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
Key Requirements:
- Positive, energetic attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment with focus and professionalism
- Previous hospitality or serving experience is an asset; willingness to learn and grow is essential
- Smart Choices certification for responsible liquor service (or willingness to obtain)
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and adherence to all local regulations
