Responsibilities Requirements
Work the packaging production line
No prior experience required — we will train you
Fill and assemble boxes and containers
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Sort, stack, and prepare finished goods
Able to stand for extended periods
Load/unload packaging materials and supplies
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Keep the work area clean and organized
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Packaging Operator $29 – $35 / hr
Responsibilities Requirements
Set up, operate, and monitor automated packaging equipment
Experience operating production line machinery (required)
Perform machinery changeovers and basic troubleshooting
Comfortable with automated or semi-automated equipment
Label, inspect, and package products to spec 3 Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
Interface with HMI controls on automated equipment
Able to perform equipment changeovers independently
Document production activities and report issues
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Ensure output meets all packaging specifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Follow all workplace health and safety regulations at all times
Work cooperatively with all team members on the production floor
Follow all quality control guidelines and standard operating procedures
Wear appropriate PPE as required for each task
Communicate clearly and respectfully with supervisors and colleagues
Inspect products and packaging for defects before and after processing
Report any hazards, incidents, or near-misses immediately
