FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you set the tone for every guest experience, from the first hello to the last goodbye. you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone reservations, answering phone calls, checking customers in, and managing the reception experience.
As a Host/Hostess, you will:
- Create and maintain the flow of guests into the restaurant to ensure our Culinary team and servers can provide world class service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone reservations by answering calls, making modifications to bookings, and taking reservations.
- Check customers in and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team to ensure that all customer needs are met.
Job Requirements
- Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work authorization (Required)
- Communication is key, so you’ll need to speak English well.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Work Location: In person.
