Responsibilities:
- Inbound Phone Inquiries
- Pick orders and prepare for shipment/deliveries
- Receive shipments
- Pick orders for next day service appointments
- Notify customers when parts arrive
- Organize incoming inventory
- Maintain cleanliness in parts department
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor, with instruction provided
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills (MS Office including Outlook)
- Requires attention to detail, precision and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Valid drivers license, and transportation to work required
