The wage range for this role is between $24.23 - $29.07/hr.

You have a permanent full-time position (approx. 40hrs/week), and we currently have 1 vacant position available.

Your tasks at a glance
You oversee the day-to-day operations of the receptionist team, ensuring exceptional patient service, professional communication, and efficient management of phone lines, appointments, and patient inquiries.
You orient, train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate receptionist team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
You coordinate receptionist staff scheduling, workload distribution, and front desk coverage to support smooth and productive clinic operations.
You maintain accurate patient records and administrative reporting while collaborating with clinic leadership to support patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
You foster a positive and engaging work environment that balances accountability, employee development, and team collaboration.
You support risk management, incident reporting, and workplace health and safety initiatives.
You assist the Centre Director with additional operational and leadership responsibilities as needed.
A clear view of your assets
- You have excellent communication skills in English.

You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).

You have a keen interest in the medical field and a leadership role.

You demonstrate empathy, emotional intelligence and professionalism with the ability to foster change, work in a complex environment, set goals, delegate tasks, and prioritize urgencies.

You have experience in management or supervision and demonstrate excellent proactive customer service skills, organizational skills & analytical skills.

You have the ability to coach, provide feedback and foster teamwork.

Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (schedule subject to occasional change).
