Sous Chef

- Previous catering experience preferred

- Have at least 3-5 years culinary experience and preferred minimum of 1 -3 years BOH management

- Work closely with head chef, assist in management of other kitchen staff

- Manage, organize and execute mise and prep

- Off-site event execution, lead events as either assistant chef when on event with the head chef or head chef when on events solo

- Ability to respond quickly in dynamic and changing environments

- Possess knowledge of ingredients have expansive product and food knowledge

- Have a driver's license

- Be available to work seasonal and flexible hours - days, evenings, week-ends

- Be presentable and professional in appearance

- Be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds, and able to stand and walk for long periods of time

- Looking for someone who is enthusiastic and positive and looking to grow within the position and always eager to learn.

- Protect and enhance the Nicole Gourmet brand

- Integrate and work well with existing staff
