Job Description
Are you mechanic that is tired of doing oil changes and brake jobs? Applied Pressure is currently looking for a Truck or Equipment Mechanic to work on mobile equipment and hydraulic components. A mechanic’s license is an asset, but not mandatory, however you must be mechanically inclined.
Applicant should have:
- A commitment to safety
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- The ability to use power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of hydraulics
- Knowledge of electrical
- A positive “can do” attitude
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record

The position involves
- Working on plow trucks (built in-house), other commercial trucks with hydraulics and heavy equipment
- Repairing and replacing hydraulic components
- May include light welding
- Assist with industrial hydraulic jobs in local area mills and plants
