We are seeking a Media Coordinator to join our Halifax team.

The Media Coordinator is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of media campaigns across both offline (traditional) and online (digital) channels.
Working closely with the agency's media team, this position helps coordinate campaign details, manage documentation, prepare reports, and ensure campaigns are accurate and efficient.
This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, curious about advertising and media, and interested in building a career in media planning and buying.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute and traffic campaigns across digital platforms including Meta, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok and programmatic channels, as well as supporting offline campaign coordination.
- Assist with developing and maintaining media documentation, including blocking charts, estimates, and presentations.
- Coordinate campaign materials, deadlines, and deliverables between internal teams, clients, vendors and creative partners.
- Maintain campaign records, contracts, insertion orders and other media documentation.
- General administration support including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, notes and follow up action items.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and tracking.
- Organize project files, templates and other media resources.
- Pull and synthesize performance data from platform dashboards including GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other relevant tools.
- Assist in preparation of client reports, presentations and post-campaign wrap reports.
- Help identify trends, insights, observations and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager) and Google Analytics 4 considered a strong asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office technology (we are a Google agency - Sheets, Meet, etc).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
The Media Coordinator role serves as a foundation for advancement into positions such as Media Planner, Media Buyer, Media Manager, Digital Planner, or other roles within the agency.
This is a hybrid role, balancing in-office and remote work as required. The NS office is located in Bedford and offers easy access to transit options and free parking.
