Position Overview
This is a part-time position (approximately 2–3 shifts per week) that combines barista responsibilities with operational support. One day you may be serving customers and making drinks at the café or trailer, and another day you may be helping with inventory organization, beverage preparation, supply runs, or other behind-the-scenes tasks that help keep the business running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
Barista Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Support daily operations at both the café and coffee trailer
Operations & Support Duties
- Transport supplies, inventory, and products between locations as needed
- Assist with beverage preparation, including cold brew and other batch products
- Organize and maintain storage areas, inventory, and supplies
- Help with restocking and inventory management
- Support seasonal projects, events, and operational initiatives
- Complete miscellaneous tasks and errands that contribute to the day-to-day success of the business
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Barista or food service experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys connecting with people
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- A proactive "go-getter" who takes initiative and looks for ways to help
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting to different tasks and priorities throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required, as travel between locations may be necessary

Schedule
