We are a hard working group of guys that all get along and are looking for people that can join our crews. Fitting in with the company culture is the most important thing. We want all crews to enjoy working along side everyone else on the crew. You spend a lot of time with the people you work with and want that experience to be a good one. You have to be able to work hard, have attention to detail and be a team player. If you mess up be honest and open to learn! This is a niche trade and with a good attitude and willingness to learn you can pick it up quickly. As you learn you will be compensated more. Learn how to fully install and see play increase even more!
We need someone with a clean driving record to be able to help with driving vehicles and team member to site. The point of this position is to train you up to lead crews one day (you make the most money that way).
In the high season you almost always hit overtime. You have to be willing to work hard in the sun. Sitting on the phone or hiding behind others working hard will not fly here.

Duties
- Mix rubber ratios correctly
- Prime surfaces and follow company installation techniques
- Record material usage
- Some customer service
- Arrive to the yard on time
- Record hours accurately
Experience
If you have trowelling experience thats a bonus!
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades preferred
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, welding, or construction painting is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton, ON L8W 2E1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
