We are currently seeking an Agentic AI Tech Lead who will act as a consultant, delivery leader, and hands-on technical contributor, supporting our clients in the design, integration, and industrialization of generative and agentic AI solutions.
The successful candidate will combine significant consulting experience, a strong understanding of business challenges, and hands-on expertise with Microsoft agentic AI tools. They will guide clients, mentor teams, and deliver robust, secure, and measurable solutions.
What you will do:
- Act as a Tech Lead on agentic AI engagements, defining target architectures, delivery roadmaps, and technology choices across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, connectors, and Azure services.
-
Translate client business needs into concrete, prioritized, and measurable agentic use cases by linking strategic objectives, operational processes, change management considerations, and expected value.
-
Lead executive, functional, and technical workshops to scope opportunities, gather requirements, define user journeys, document decisions, and secure stakeholder alignment.
-
Design and develop end-to-end AI agents, from prototype to production, working hands-on with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, Python, APIs, orchestration, prompt engineering, testing, and integration with existing systems.
-
Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, data/ML engineers, business analysts, and UX designers, while maintaining high standards of quality, documentation, and delivery.
-
Lead the integration of agents into complex client environments, including Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Service functions, with a strong focus on security, permissions, and data governance.
-
Define reusable agentic architecture patterns, including specialized agents, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, knowledge bases, RAG, connectors, observability, evaluation, guardrails, and escalation mechanisms.
-
Establish a responsible AI governance framework covering ethics, privacy, security, compliance, risk management, traceability, performance monitoring, and the agent lifecycle.
-
Manage day-to-day client relationships by clarifying priorities, anticipating risks, communicating progress, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining trust with sponsors, IT teams, and business users.
-
Contribute to business development and advisory activities, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, effort estimation, delivery approach definition, and presenting demos or accelerators.
-
Remain hands-on and pragmatic by resolving technical blockers, reviewing deliverables, challenging solutions, supporting teams in execution, and ensuring agents deliver tangible business value.
What you bring to this role:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience delivering technology projects, including significant exposure to generative AI, intelligent automation, or agentic AI, with hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
-
Mandatory experience in a consulting firm or advisory services environment, with demonstrated ability to manage clients, structure engagements, influence stakeholders, and deliver in complex and ambiguous contexts.
-
Strong practical expertise with the Microsoft agentic AI ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, connectors, Entra ID, and related security principles.
-
Hands-on experience in solution design and development, including Python, REST APIs, system integration, cloud architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
-
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI agent solutions, from ideation and prototyping through deployment, operationalization, support, and continuous improvement in production environments.
-
Relevant technical education (computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field), combined with strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
-
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mobilize multidisciplinary teams, while remaining close to execution and capable of directly contributing to key technical decisions and deliverables.
-
Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery models, including sprint planning, backlog management, solution reviews, client demos, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices.
-
Strong consulting, communication, and client management skills, with the ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical, executive, and technical audiences.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to produce clear documentation, actionable recommendations, and high-quality, consulting-grade presentations.
This position requires written and oral fluency in English because it involves interpretation and application of English standards, guidance, laws and regulations, servicing of English-speaking clients located across Canada and collaboration with English Speaking colleagues located outside of Quebec.
