We are seeking a skilled and motivated Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. Working closely with Hydraulic and Project Engineers, The Control Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing control systems, generating drawings and schematics and will take a lead role in the support, testing and troubleshooting of equipment control systems and IDEX software.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Control System engineering, PLC/HMI Programming & Electrical Engineering
- Test of control systems & software
- Manage internal testing and factory acceptance with customer
- After sales support of automation equipment, IDEX Software & acquisition systems
- Customer contact and follow up
- Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are understood
- Train clients on the XOS and IDEX software
- Write internal acceptance test and factory acceptance test procedures, document testing process and recommendations for future development of software
- Provide feedback to XOS/ASX Product responsible on operations issues and during installation and testing both in software details and software architecture
