SERVICE ADVISOR – RV & MARINE

Holiday RV & Marine is a third-generation, family-owned and operated RV and Marine dealership located in Steinbach, Manitoba. We are a growing company with a strong reputation for customer service, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our team.
We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Service Advisor to assist our customers with service, warranty, and MPI repairs.

The Position
As a Service Advisor, you will work closely with our RV & Marine Service Managers, service technicians, customers, manufacturers, and MPI. You will play an important role in coordinating service work from start to finish while ensuring customers receive clear communication and excellent service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and maintaining service schedules.
- Preparing customer estimates by calculating parts, materials, labour, and applicable deductibles.
- Communicating estimates, timelines, and repair recommendations clearly to customers.
- Obtaining customer approval for repairs and maintaining accurate customer contact information.
- Preparing, submitting, and following up on manufacturer warranty claims.
- Documenting warranty issues with detailed notes and photographs.
- Ordering parts from OEM manufacturers and suppliers for warranty and service repairs.
- Ordering parts required by service technicians for new and used RV and Marine units.
- Processing MPI claims, including estimates, photographs, parts ordering, documentation, and claim submission.
- Following up on warranty and MPI claims and providing any additional information or supporting documentation required.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer concerns, problems, repairs, and corrective actions.
- Working closely with technicians and management to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customers are kept informed throughout the process.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience is required in one or more of the following areas:
- Warranty administration
- Service administration
- MPI claims administration
- Automotive, RV, Marine, or similar service environments
The successful candidate will also:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Be comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
- Have strong computer and administrative skills.
- Be confident communicating with customers, technicians, manufacturers, and MPI.
- Have a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to work.
Hours
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Every fourth Saturday on a rotating schedule
