You will be provided with all hardware, software, tools, equipment and our long-term relationships with senior industry professionals as required to help ensure your projects are well planned, carried out, communicated and constructed.
We believe that our compensation and benefit schemes are the highest in the industry, offering pay rates, positive work environments, flexible work hours and conditions, and benefits that exceed those of other engineering firms.
We are contracted to assist with hundreds of new projects each year and thus, any particular or detailed interest you may have within a division or aspect of geotechnical engineering can be further developed, as you wish – such as; deep foundation design (driven piles, drilled piles, micropiles, helical piles), temporary excavation support – shoring (shotcrete and anchors, H-Piles with Lagging, tangent piles), soil and rock slope stability and site preparation (preloading, densification).

As a member of our team, you will be requested to assist with other engineers' projects from time to time. This may include performing field reviews, engineering analyses, memo, letter and report writing or perhaps even temporarily acting as a project engineer for another staff member.
