Professional Cleaners Wanted – Niagara Region
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team.
We provide cleaning services for Airbnb properties, residential homes, offices, and commercial facilities throughout the Niagara Region. We are currently seeking both employees and independent subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Dust and wipe surfaces
- Sanitize washrooms and high-touch areas
- Complete Airbnb turnover cleanings, including changing linens and resetting properties
- Follow cleaning checklists and procedures
- Report damages, deficiencies, or maintenance concerns
- Submit job updates and photos using a smartphone
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to use a smartphone for work communication and reporting
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks
Compensation
$17.60–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, and performance.
