Job Summary: The Global Tax Senior Analyst will play a critical role the company's international tax compliance and planning activities. This position will be responsible for preparing and reviewing international income tax returns, supporting transfer pricing, handling tax controversies, and preparing and reviewing international tax provisions.

Compensation Range: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $85,000–$100,000 CAD/USD annually, based on the successful candidate's location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Canadian income tax returns and ensure timely and accurate filing.
- Coordinate with external consultants for the preparation of income tax returns for global entities.
- Assist with support for transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
- Assist in managing tax controversies and audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Prepare and review international tax provisions in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Stay updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax advice and support for business initiatives.
- Assist with development and implementation of tax planning strategies to optimize the company's global tax position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international tax, preferably within a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
- Knowledge of Canadian corporate tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with transfer pricing and tax controversy management, or a strong desire to learn and grow in this area.
- Ability to research, read, and interpret tax laws, regulations, and rulings.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
