As a Journeyperson or Equivalent Carpenter, you will perform high-quality carpentry work across a variety of commercial and residential restoration and construction projects. From structural framing to detailed finishing work, you’ll bring versatility, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills to every project.
The Package:
Total Compensation & Perks
- Total Compensation Package: $30 – $36 per hour (inclusive of base wage and total package value).
- Schedule: 36-hour work week (paid for 40 hours).
- Vehicle: Company vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Skilled Carpentry: Complete framing, structural repairs, drywall installation, finishing work, trim, doors, and cabinetry.
- Restoration Repairs: Complete restoration-related repairs resulting from fire, water, wind, and other property damage.
- Blueprint Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
- Site Autonomy: Work independently or as part of a crew to meet project schedules and deadlines.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain clean job sites, operate tools responsibly, and follow all safety policies and Saskatchewan OH&S requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of commercial and/or residential carpentry experience.
- Journeyperson Carpenter certification preferred; equivalent hands-on carpentry experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of framing, finishing, building systems, and construction best practices.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Clear criminal record check
