Location: Kamloops, BC
Compensation: $20.00–$24.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime may be required)

The Opportunity
We’re currently seeking Truss and Wall Panel Production Labourers to join our team in Kamloops.
This role supports the production and logistics flow within our truss plant. Working collaboratively with the production and yard teams, you’ll ensure products are organized, stacked, and prepared safely and efficiently for delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, safety, and quality — and who takes pride in contributing to the success of a busy, high-performing production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Leadership: Demonstrate consistent commitment to safe work practices by following all WorkSafeBC and company safety procedures and actively participating in daily Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs).
- Production Support: Assist with the preparation, organization, and movement of truss materials and completed product packs within the plant and yard.
- Quality & Accuracy: Support the production team in ensuring all truss packs are properly assembled, banded, and staged for delivery according to internal quality standards.
- Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace that supports efficiency and minimizes downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with production, yard, and logistics staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
- Reliability & Accountability: Arrive prepared and ready to contribute each day, demonstrating strong attendance, focus, and responsibility in all assigned tasks.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross-training and process-improvement initiatives to strengthen operational knowledge and efficiency across the plant.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or yard operations environment an asset.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move lumber and truss and wall materials safely.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced production setting.
Assets:
- Forklift experience or certification.
- Familiarity with truss or building materials handling.
