Home Health Care Department | Kenron Pharmacy
Full-Time | Calgary, AB | Foothills & Rockyview Locations
Kenron Pharmacy is looking for a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to join our Home Health Care team.
Do you enjoy helping people, learning new things, and solving problems?
Join our Home Health Care team and develop specialized knowledge in compression garments, orthopedic bracing, mobility products, and home health care supplies while helping customers find products that can make a real difference in their comfort and daily lives.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll work directly with customers, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and our internal team. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build expertise across customer service, product knowledge, administration, and problem-solving.
Training is provided. We're looking for someone who is curious, takes pride in their work, and wants to become genuinely knowledgeable in their field.
Responsibilities
- Help customers understand their needs and find appropriate products
- Develop product knowledge in orthopedic bracing, compression, mobility, and home health care
- Learn to measure and assist with certain products following training
- Process orders, paperwork, invoices, and computer-based administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records, displays, and inventory
- Communicate with customers, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and team members
- Travel between our Foothills and Rockyview locations as required
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Genuinely enjoys helping people and listens before offering solutions
- Communicates clearly and knows how to guide a conversation
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage stress
- Learns quickly and can retain detailed product information
- Follows instructions and established processes
- Applies with a cover letter addressed to the general manager
- Takes initiative and looks for ways to go above and beyond
- Can remain calm and respectful when dealing with difficult customers
Retail management or supervisory experience is an asset. Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, medical equipment, or retail is also an asset. An understanding of basic retail inventory and supply/demand is a plus.
A Few Things to Know
This is not a simple cashier or reception position. There is a significant amount to learn, and the role can be busy and hands-on. You'll be expected to develop product expertise, solve problems, manage administrative responsibilities, and provide excellent service even when things get challenging.
If you're looking for a role where you can learn, grow, work with people, and become an expert in something meaningful, we'd like to hear from you.
How to Apply
Submit your application on Indeed. Please do not call the pharmacy regarding this position. We are specifically looking for candidates who can follow instructions and respect the application process. Applicants who contact the pharmacy directly about this position will not be considered.
