Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Case Processor with 4–5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Canada. The ideal candidate should have strong document management, data entry, and case coordination skills. Indian work experience in a similar processing role is considered a strong asset. Proficiency in Gujarati, English, Hindi, and Punjabi is highly preferred to support our diverse client and stakeholder base.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage case files from intake to completion (e.g., immigration, legal, financial, insurance, or administrative cases).
- Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory or company standards.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and third parties to request missing information or clarify case details.
- Input and track case data using case management software / CRM.
- Monitor deadlines, generate status reports, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Provide multilingual support in Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, or English when interacting with clients or partners.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience as a Case Processor, Document Examiner or similar role (combined Canadian and/or international experience accepted).
- Indian work experience in the same or a related field (e.g., BPO, visa processing, legal back-office) is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume caseloads.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and case management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Language Preferences (at least two of the following, but all four preferred)
- English (fluent – required for reporting and formal communication)
- Gujarati (highly preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
- Punjabi (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with South Asian clientele in Canada.
- Knowledge of Canadian documentation standards (e.g., immigration forms, legal affidavits) plus familiarity with Indian documentation (e.g., Indian ID proofs, educational records, police certificates).
- Certification in data management, compliance, or record-keeping.
