Skybound Management is expanding its team in Winnipeg and is looking for a friendly, motivated Authorized Sales Representative of Rogers to connect with customers and introduce them to Rogers services. If you enjoy meeting people, having conversations, and finding solutions that make everyday life easier, this could be a great opportunity to develop your communication and sales skills.
As a Representative of Rogers, you’ll speak with customers in person about Internet, TV, and Home Phone options. Your role is to learn what each customer is looking for, explain available solutions clearly, and help them make an informed decision.

What You’ll Do as a Rogers Representative
- Meet and communicate with customers through friendly, in-person interactions.
- Explain Rogers products, services, features, and benefits based on each customer’s needs.
- Provide helpful information throughout the customer experience.
- Build positive relationships by creating a professional and welcoming environment.
- Communicate product information clearly and confidently.
- Stay informed through ongoing client product updates and product familiarization.
- Share best practices with teammates and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Develop strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
What We’re Looking For in a Rogers Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable starting conversations and interacting with customers in person.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working toward goals.
- Enjoys working independently while participating in a team-oriented environment.
