About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to support greenhouse, cooler, and packhouse operations. This is a hands-on role — employees are expected to help physically with warehouse and operational tasks, not remain on the forklift all shift.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and rotators
- Dump garbage bins using forklift rotator attachment
- Load, unload, and move product efficiently
- Support shipping, receiving, and packhouse operations
- Work in both cooler and warm greenhouse environments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures
️ Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years with a 5,000lb pneumatic forklift experience
- Strong safety record
- Experience operating forklift rotators is an asset
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable and consistent attendance
