Le Marché Parisien, a new French Bakery, Café & Grocery in Bedford, is looking for an experienced Barista to join our growing team.

Compensation: $18.20/hour + Tips + Staff Discount
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Barista is required
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit
- Availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently
- Serve pastries, light meals, and assist customers with their orders
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards are maintained
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Assist with staff training, scheduling support, and workflow coordination
