ReVibe Centre is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This is a temporary leave position for approximately 2 years, with the possibility of extension or a longer-term role. The position is expected to start within 1–2 weeks of hiring.
ReVibe is a holistic health clinic with a calm, clean, and vibrant work environment. We have a supportive team of 11 staff members who work together to help patients feel welcomed, cared for, and supported.
Position Details
Job Title: Clinic Administrative Assistant – Front Desk & Operations
Location: ReVibe Centre
Job Type: Full-time, temporary with possibility of extension
Wage: $20/hour
Hours: Approximately 40–41 hours per week
Start Date: Within 1–2 weeks of hiring
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will help with the daily flow and operations of the clinic, including:
- Greeting patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Booking, rescheduling, and assisting with patient appointments
- Answering emails and helping with general clinic communication
- Submitting patient claims through insurance/direct billing platforms
- Processing payments and assisting with patient check-out
- Cleaning treatment rooms between patients
- Taking care of clinic laundry, including washing, folding, and organizing linens
- Helping maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including bathrooms, floors, common areas, and treatment spaces
- Managing inventory and notifying the team when supplies need to be ordered
- Assisting with social media, marketing tasks, and clinic promotions
- Supporting practitioners and other team members with daily tasks as needed
- Multitasking in a busy clinic environment while staying calm, kind, and organized
Ideal Candidate

- Comfortable learning new systems and clinic software
Previous experience in a clinic, wellness centre, reception, administration, insurance billing, or customer service is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
