Liberty - a GardaWorld Company is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to provide expert support to customers and team members. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' needs are met in a timely and effective manner. This includes providing expert support to customers and team members, building relationships with customers and assisting the Service Department in a group learning environment.
- Position the Service Department as a key competitive differentiator by providing exemplary service to customers. Our vision is for your team to be a key factor in customers' decision to choose and remain with Liberty.
- Solve high-level issues with security and automation systems in a timely and efficient manner.
Build relationships between Liberty and our customers by leading the company in customer service and expertise.
Take responsibility for escalated customer issues by being an expert in your trade.
Assist the Service Department in a group learning environment.
Be an advocate for improving service efficiencies.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
What are we looking for
- Alarm technician experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate and provide clear guidance
Ability to work well with a team that is multi-generational and has a multi-level skill set
Sales knowledge is a plus
Experience handling customer escalations is required
