Inc. is a privately owned transportation company based in West Edmonton, Alberta, specializing in heavy haul, over-dimensional, and general freight transportation throughout Canada and the United States. We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation solutions to our customers across a wide range of industries.
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Wash Bay Attendant / Truck Wash Person to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and presentable while assisting our shop team with general duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Washing and cleaning trucks and trailers
- Operating pressure washers and other wash bay equipment
- Performing general wash bay housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Assisting shop staff with general labour and maintenance duties as required
- Following all company safety procedures and using proper PPE
- Reporting any damage, maintenance concerns, or issues noticed while washing equipment
- Cleaning equipment, wheels, frames, and other areas as required
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working around trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors when required
- Previous truck washing, wash bay, shop, or general labour experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely and efficiently
This is a perfect starter position for a student looking to get experience working in and around a shop with heavy equipment or a previous wash attendant/laborer.
Schedule:
- Cross-shift rotation, including weekend coverage, with every second weekend off for an extended long weekend.
- Day shift hours.
