Our Team is expanding, and we are seeking a personable individual to join our Technical Installation Team. As a Structured Cabling Foreman (Lead) within the team, you will be responsible for the cabling of Nurse-call, CCTV, Access Control and other Communication solutions in Health Care, Schools, and other business settings. We are looking for someone with strong cabling skills that can lead a team.

What you will be doing:
- Perform installation of cabling and systems in healthcare, Educational and Commercial Facilities.
- Perform set-up and functional testing, which includes programming, testing and remedying software.
- Perform Service calls
- Maintain daily communication.
- Ongoing product knowledge and learning.
- Adhere to and understand health and safety standards for all phases of the job.
- This position will be travelling to job sites, out of town and after hours as required.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience in structured cabling, nurse call, security systems, or audio-visual integration.
- Knowledge of computer and network technology.
- Great communications skills, high ethical standards, and able to work independently as well as lead teams.
- Strong organizational skills & detail oriented.
- Product knowledge of Rauland Products an asset.
- Valid Driver’s License, a clean Driver's Abstract and clean security check
