Position: Experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Duct Installer (Full-Time)

We are actively hiring experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Duct Installers for large-scale commercial construction projects.
This is blueprint-driven, spec-heavy, deadline-focused work — not residential change-outs.
If you can read the prints, lay it out correctly, and install it right the first time, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Install rectangular, spiral, and large-scale commercial duct systems
- Read and interpret all types of drawings (mechanical, architectural, structural, coordination, and shop drawings)
- Perform accurate layout directly from full plan sets
- Install VAV boxes, dampers, supports, and seismic bracing
- Follow SMACNA standards and local codes
- Coordinate professionally with other trades on active job sites
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years commercial duct installation experience
- Must be able to read and understand all types of construction drawings
- Experience on multi-story or large commercial projects preferred
- Strong work ethic — show up ready to work
- Clean driving record
- Clean background record
- Reliable transportation
- OSHA certification is a plus
