Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, décor, linens, and banquet arrangements
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, courteous service throughout events
- Support food and beverage service during weddings, conferences, banquets, and special occasions
- Ensure event spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Respond promptly to guest requests and help resolve concerns professionally
- Work closely with banquet, kitchen, front desk, and event teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow resort service standards, health and safety procedures, and company policies
- Assist with maintaining inventory, supplies, and event equipment when needed
- Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and event attendees
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, restaurants, hotels, or customer service is considered an asset but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical event setup tasks
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
