We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and student-focused Medical Aesthetics Instructor to join our faculty, following the specific requirements of the Post secondary and Training Institution Regulation Unit (PTIRU).This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional who is passionate about education and committed to developing the next generation of medical estheticians.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons on medical aesthetics procedures, techniques, and industry standards
- Develop and update curriculum materials to reflect current trends and best practices in aesthetic medicine
- Assess student progress through evaluations, feedback, and practical demonstrations
- Create a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence
- Stay current with advancements in medical aesthetics to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students throughout their training program
- Collaborate with administrative staff to coordinate class schedules, materials, and resources
- Ensure compliance with all safety and professional standards during practical demonstrations
Experience
- Prior classroom experience is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to effectively teach complex concepts to diverse learners
- Proven expertise in medical aesthetics procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, or skin rejuvenation techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and confidently
- Experience in the aesthetic industry or healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory for candidates with strong teaching skills
- Certification or licensing in medical aesthetics or related fields is a plus but not required for all applicants
