What you'll be doing:
As a Senior Customer Service Specialist you will have the opportunity to coordinate activities with Account Managers, Account Executives and Producers, within the Employee Benefits division. You would be assisting with deep customer service related questions, assisting with claims issues, and utilizing your excellent Microsoft Office skills. This is a client-facing, high-interaction role. We'd love to see someone who is passionate about servicing clients, and has a great understanding of Employee Benefits within Canada. One thing that would make you stand out would be your proficiency in the French language.

The day-to-day:
Establish and maintain proactive communication with clients/carriers and vendors
Reply to client inquiries, provide solutions and act as a liaison between the client and insurance carriers
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet certain deadlines and client service needs
Advise on and contribute to creation of content for employee communication material to be used by clients
Assist with group benefit plan implementation, policy renewal and tender process
High level reporting both internally and externally
Constantly stay abreast of industry, market, and legislative trends that impact health & welfare plan design, delivery and compliance
Introduce Gallagher’s full-service offering to broaden the scope and impact of clients’ relationships
Other duties as assigned
What is required?

Do you have a Secondary School Diploma?
Do you have 3 or more years of related experience?
What is nice to have?

Do you hold a Life Insurance license?
Do you have an industry related designation?
Are you fluent in English and French?
