Duties:
- Prepare and maintain dental materials and supplies
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records.
- Assist with dental coding and billing processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Patient and treatment coordination.
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures when needed.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment when needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Abeldent software
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Proficiency in dental coding preferred
- Patient and treatment coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
