The right company changes everything.
Every home and business in Greater Victoria depends on things working the way they should. A door that latches properly. A faucet that does not drip. A wall that looks freshly finished instead of patched. People rarely notice good repair work. They only notice when it is missing.
Behind that quiet reliability is someone who shows up with the right tools, the right knowledge, and the patience to do a job properly the first time. Someone who treats every property, whether it is a family home or a commercial space, with the same level of care they would want in their own.
That person is a Handyman. And at The Kind Hearted Company, we believe that craftsmanship deserves real respect.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, who understands that a job done right the first time saves everyone time and money, and who genuinely enjoys solving problems with their hands.
Why Join The Kind Hearted Company?
Because we are not looking to fill a shift. We are looking for someone who wants to build something.
At KHC, we believe in structure, accountability, and genuine care for the people who work with us. This is a fully structured employee position, not contractor work, not a side gig, not a casual arrangement. You will have real leadership, real support, and a company that stands behind your work.
We believe that skilled hands deserve to work for an employer who understands the value of what they do. That reliability should be recognized, not assumed. That professionalism should be the standard, not the exception.
The Kind Hearted Company was built on a people-first philosophy. That does not mean we make empty promises. It means we show up for our team the same way we ask our team to show up for our clients.
People first. That is not a slogan. It is how we run this company.
