Raise is currently hiring an SAP BTP & Cloud Identity Services Specialist on behalf of our client. They're expanding their SAP team to support cloud platform operations and digital transformation initiatives, making this an exciting opportunity to work with modern SAP technologies in a collaborative enterprise environment. Description
The SAP BTP & Cloud Identity Services Specialist is responsible for the administration, governance, security, and operational support of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services across the enterprise SAP landscape. This role will lead SAP BTP administration, SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS), SAP Joule enablement, SAP Build platform administration, and cloud platform governance while working closely with security, infrastructure, SAP application, and integration teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.
Experience with SAP Basis administration and SAP S/4HANA technical operations is considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities
SAP BTP Administration

Administer SAP BTP global accounts, directories, subaccounts, entitlements, and service subscriptions.

Configure and maintain SAP BTP platform services and cloud environments.

Manage SAP Cloud Connector, destinations, connectivity, and transport management across development, testing, and production environments.

Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, and service utilization.

Establish platform governance standards, operational procedures, and best practices.
SAP Joule & SAP Build Enablement

Configure and enable SAP Joule across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Joule for Developers.

Support identity management, authorization, and connectivity requirements for SAP Joule deployments.

Administer SAP Build services and support developer enablement initiatives.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize SAP Build capabilities.
SAP Cloud Identity Services & Security

Administer SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
-
Support authentication, user provisioning, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
-
Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access-related issues.
-
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and SAP best practices.

Support cloud platform governance, security controls, and operational compliance.
Documentation & Operational Support

Develop and maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and support processes.

Create operational runbooks and knowledge transfer materials.
-
Partner with SAP application, security, infrastructure, and integration teams to support cloud platform operations.

Participate in platform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of SAP technical administration experience.

Hands-on experience administering SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Experience supporting SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
-
Experience administering SAP Cloud Connector.

Strong understanding of SAP cloud security, authentication, identity management, and access governance.

Experience supporting enterprise cloud platform operations.
-
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience implementing and supporting SAP Joule.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP Build Work Zone.

Experience with SAP Integration Suite.

Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.

SAP S/4HANA Basis administration experience.

SAP HANA administration experience.
-
Experience with SAP GRC or SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG).

SAP BTP, Security, Basis, or Cloud certifications.

Experience working within a RISE with SAP environment.

Experience in enterprise architecture and platform governance.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
Work Environment

Based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Flexible work schedule ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week, depending on business requirements.
