Job Summary
Moss Fabrication is looking for an experienced Pipe Fitter to assemble process skids and supervise a crew of three. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe, high-quality fabrication work.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling process skids and piping according to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. In addition to hands-on fitting duties, this position will oversee a small crew of three team members to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Vessels and piping on process skids in accordance with drawings and job requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of a three-person crew.
- Read and interpret blueprints, spool sheets, and fabrication specifications.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.
- Support material preparation, layout, measurement, and fit-up activities.
- Provide guidance, direction, and mentoring to crew members as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.
- Top wages, negotiable.
- Moss works one extra hour per day but takes every second Friday off

Required Qualifications
- First Class Journeyman Pipe Fitter certification or Red Seal ticket is required.
- Proven pipe fitting experience in a fabrication environment.
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and supervise a small crew.
- Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, measurements, and fit-up procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
