We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse, Production & Fulfillment Associate to support our daily operations.
This hands-on role includes order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, light production, packaging, and basic file management. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable using computers, and willing to assist with different tasks as priorities change.
Training will be provided for company-specific systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
- Verify products, quantities, and shipping information.
- Weigh packages and enter and verify shipment information using ShipStation.
- Print and apply shipping labels and prepare packages for courier pickup.
- Receive incoming shipments and check for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Organize products and place inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
- Assist with general production, finishing, packaging, and quality-control tasks.
- Shrink-wrap finished products and apply the correct labels to products and cartons.
- Operate basic production and packaging equipment after receiving training.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Participate in a complete physical inventory count every six months.
- Scan, name, upload, and organize business documents according to company procedures.
- Keep warehouse, production, and packing areas clean and organized.
- Assist with returns, inventory transfers, and other operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, production, or packaging experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with ShipStation or similar shipping software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer, file-management, and math skills.
- Able to accurately read product labels, packing slips, order details, and inventory locations.
- Comfortable learning new software and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without mechanical assistance.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
