Duties
- Ensure tables are manicured and cleaned as required. Pre-bus tables as guests have finished their food or drink showing attentiveness but without creating the feeling they are being rushed.
- Review billing prior to presenting the bill to the guest ensuring accuracy, present the bill and take payment from the guest in accordance with the procedures of the establishment
- At all times to be aware of and practice good guest service by assisting the guest in any way which does not adversely affect other guests
- Attend to guest complaints satisfactorily with or without the assistance of management
- Proper adherence to all cash handling procedures
- Correct use of POS system, adhering to all company standards and policies
- Answer phones and assist guests with product, event, and order inquiries
- Be continually aware of and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress
- Attend meetings and training courses as required
- Any other duties as assigned

- Minimum of 1-year high volume, guest facing serving experience
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 50lbs
- Must be able to stoop and bend
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time to continuously perform essential job functions
- Able to speak Japanese is an asset

Pay: $17.60 per hour
