Sunready Landscaping is hiring reliable, hardworking crew members for the 2026 holiday lighting season/2027 landscaping season.
This is a hands-on outdoor position with paid training, competitive wages and real opportunities to advance. Experience in landscaping, construction or holiday lighting is an asset, but we are willing to train motivated people who learn quickly and take pride in their work.
Our established landscaping division operates approximately 10 months of the year, creating opportunities for continued work beyond the holiday season.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and remove residential and commercial holiday lighting
- Safely work from ladders and at heights
- Operate landscaping tools, machinery and equipment
- Complete physically demanding outdoor work in changing weather conditions
- Lift and carry equipment, materials and landscaping supplies
- Deliver professional, friendly service to customers
- Identify and solve problems while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Keep job sites organized, clean and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling and standing for extended periods
- Clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Able to follow instructions and learn quickly
- English proficiency
- Able to reliably commute to Markham, ON
