The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Personal Growth & Leadership Consultant to join our global network. This is a remote, independent contractor role suited to individuals who are comfortable working in a self-directed environment and engaging with clients across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory conversations to understand prospective clients’ goals and determine programme suitability
- Provide guidance on structured personal development programmes (e.g. digital courses, workshops, and coaching frameworks)
- Support individuals to improve clarity, goal setting, and measurable outcomes
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and digital communication tools
- Build and maintain professional relationships across diverse, international communities
- Participate in internal training sessions and personal development activities
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated interest in personal development, coaching, or leadership growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Experience in coaching, consulting, learning & development, or related field is an advantage
- Comfortable using digital tools for communication and client engagement.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development

Compensation
