In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales success
Responsibilities:
Process sales orders and inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in orders and invoices
Maintain and update customer and sales records in a CRM system
Manage sales pipeline and track progress of leads and opportunities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements
Generate reports on sales activity and performance metrics
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with product research and competitor analysis (may vary depending on company)
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner (may vary depending on company)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
