Assists with information literacy instruction and orientation workshops. Also supports the activities of the Digital Literacy Librarian and/or the Student Success Librarian, which may include the creation and editing of digital learning objects, updating web content, managing LibGuides or other online research support tools, and supporting instruction. Assists users in providing front line services that are offered by the library while ensuring a high level of customer service and providing information to the library users (students, faculty, researchers, and external user groups).
Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years of customer service experience.
At least 1 year of experience with instruction or familiarity with the principles of information literacy.

Knowledge of and/or experience with integrated library systems.
Knowledge of various software and technology such as word processing software, databases, presentation software, email, and the Internet.
