- Develop and coordinate campaign content including digital ads, LinkedIn content, email sequences, landing pages, webinars, brochures, and application materials.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and related platforms.
- Build application-focused proof points including customer stories, peer-reviewed references, testimonials, and use cases.
- Support sales enablement with messaging guides, campaign summaries, and distributor resources.
- Track campaign KPIs including engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, RFQs, and pipeline performance.
- Use AI and marketing tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in technical, scientific, industrial, or instrumentation-focused industries.
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, email, LinkedIn, events, and sales outreach.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts into customer-focused messaging.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, paid media platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
