Starting Wage: $22.80/ hour
Stamping Associate Job Duties Include:
- Stack and sort steel parts coming from press
- Inspect parts for cracks and other quality defects
- Package finished parts in bins provided
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities
- Support problem solving activities
- Operating heavy equipment including overhead crane and forklifts
What We Look For:
- Candidates with previous experience working within a stamping environment and with presses are preferred
- Prior experience working with cranes and forklifts considered a strong asset
- Ability to support overtime and weekend production as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts on days and afternoons
- Able to comfortably lift up to 30 lbs on a repetitive basis, and stand for the duration of your shift
- Be both a team player, and an efficient independent worker
