What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Technical Service Analyst you will be responsible for the support and development activities of our global Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) infrastructure. RBC's global SCCM infrastructure is made up of 160,000 clients with over 2000 distribution points. As a senior post a high level of professionalism, industry knowledge and drive is required to ensure the service provided matches the business’s needs.

What will you do?

Perform technical support and analysis on complex incidents/outages to minimize business impact and promptly restore service within Operational Service Levels (OLA’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
Support our Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) implementation including testing, deployment, and reporting
Document and maintain standards, procedures, and support information
Work as part of a global team of senior technical staff to collaboratively identify issues, create solutions and manage the long term functionality of the SCCM environment.
Analyze reporting results and identify issue, trends, and report to management

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

Undergraduate degree/diploma preferably in Computer Information Systems or equivalent
Experience with the full suite of Microsoft operating systems and management tools
Strong scripting experience, specifically PowerShell. Experience integrating with SCCM
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services and reports design
Strong operational experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

Microsoft certifications in applicable applications: System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Server, Microsoft SQL
