We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our Day Shift Team (6:00 AM-2:00 PM) in our modern, clean manufacturing facility.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate semi-automatic and fully automatic shape moulding machinery
- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
- Assist in other areas of the plant as required
- Learn additional equipment and advance into other functions within the company
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs periodically
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Able to reach 5–6 feet above head level with product weighing up to 10 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Headingley, MB (no public transit access — located 5 km west of the Perimeter)

- Starting at $18.50/hour with opportunity for performance-based increases
