Are you a relationship-builder who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning something new every day? BMS Canada is looking for a full-time Client Advisor to join our award-winning Affinity Programs team in Ottawa.
In this role, you’ll support professionals, business owners, and association members across Canada as they make important insurance decisions. You’ll become a trusted point of contact, deliver exceptional client service, and work alongside experienced colleagues, insurers, and program partners to find practical solutions for clients.
What You’ll Do
· Build strong relationships with clients and provide responsive, professional support by phone, email, and digital channels.
· Help clients understand insurance options, answer questions, and identify solutions that meet their needs.
· Support renewals, proposals, program communications, and day-to-day service for association-based insurance programs.
· Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal colleagues to resolve client issues and secure positive outcomes.
· Maintain accurate documentation, follow internal standards, and look for ways to improve the client experience.

What You Bring
· Experience in customer service, hospitality, banking, customer success, professional services, account management, sales support, insurance, or another client-facing environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and comfort using Microsoft Office and digital tools.
· Previous insurance experience is an asset but not required.
· An insurance broker’s licence (e.g.: RIBO) is an asset. If you do not currently hold one, we’ll support you in obtaining it.
