Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling, product inquiries, and service needs with enthusiasm
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store shelves, and restroom facilities
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions with clear communication skills and phone etiquette
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures and basic math accuracy
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory checks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, and maintain safety standards
- Experience with POS systems, merchandising, or automotive products is advantageous but not required
